    Description

    Our well-Established Independent Managing Agent based in Surrey Quays SE16 are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department.

    The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; Overseeing a portfolio of Properties

    • Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties.
    • Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
    • Handling complaints and providing solutions
    • Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
    • Must have 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
    • The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
    • Experience of lettings/property management software packages
    • Full valid driving licence is essential
    Monday to Friday 9.00pm working an occasional Saturday to cover holiday
    000pa depending on experience.
