The Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the Security Service.

St Albans House is situated in a prominent position on the west side of Haymarket, just South of Piccadilly Circus providing up to 41,459 sq ft of modern office space configured over Mezzanine to 6th floors.

This site has excellent transport links with Piccadilly Circus, Charing Cross, Green Park and Leicester Square stations all within easy walking distance.

Job Requirements:

SIA Door Supervisor Licence required
Experience as a Security Team Leader/Supervisor/Lead Officer is required
Ability to organise and motivate team to guarantee optimum performance of the wider security team
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to coordinate and provide strategic direction to an administrative backoffice function
Leadership and ability to follow plans through to completion
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including report writing.
Can do attitude, punctual, calm under pressure, can work as a team, professional and focused.
Maintain effective communication, both verbal and written, with the client, always ensuring the client is aware of all operational developments.
Maintain high level of discipline, this includes excellent appearance, excellent timekeeping, excellent attendance and professional conduct at all times.
Have excellent telephone manners and facetoface customer care duties.

Job Role:

Liaise and maintain good customer service relationships with site staff, visitors, clients, and management team. To manage an effective working relationship with all, whilst representing the site and CIS-Security.
Effectively manage On Site Security Operations ensuring that Officers are working in line with Site Policies and Procedures at all times.

- .Managing ingress and egress of all staff and visitors, access control, internal and external foot patrols and Monitoring and use of CCTV, fire, intruder and other electronic systems

Responsibility to manage portfolio keys and passes and auditing of every month.
Working in unison with front of house communication and team building skills is a must
Responding quickly and effectively to emergency situations and assisting with fire evacuation procedures
Act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Provide full handover at end of shift
Direct line manager for 2 operatives working out of hours
Ensure their general discipline & conduct is in line with the company's expectations
Follow the directions of the Shift Manager/Security Manager/Mobile Supervisors/Senior Supervisor/Contract Manager.
Able to work as part of a team to deliver the best possible level of service and to contribute with any level of ideas that may improve the level of service.
Assists occupiers, contractors, visitors and tourists with enquiries
Report writing following security investigations
Report and maintain a written record of all faults / incidents
Ensure the safety of contractors, staff and couriers who require access to the loading bay.
Any other duties deemed reasonable for this role.
