We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Nursing Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility during a transitional period.

    Position Overview: As the Interim Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of our nursing home facility. You will provide strong leadership to our team of healthcare professionals, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of resident care. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for improving the lives of our residents.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Management:

    • Provide effective leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Oversee staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality care.
    • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and facility maintenance.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing nursing home operations.
    • Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the delivery of care and services.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

    Resident Care:

    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
    • Monitor resident health and well-being, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
    • Respond promptly to any concerns or complaints raised by residents or their families, taking appropriate action to address issues and improve satisfaction.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Maintain open and transparent communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and support services.
    • Act as a liaison between the nursing home facility and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and addressing any inquiries or requests for information.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [insert state/country].
