Who We Are Looking For

The Crisis24 Global Operations Centre in Bournemouth is at the heart of the delivery of operational tasks for Crisis24 clients globally handling a range of situations from routine monitoring to handling complex security and evacuation tasks.


Central to the role is the ability to clearly and calmly work under pressure, to work effectively in a small team to deliver solutions in real time in combination being able to run routine daily tasks with focus and accuracy.

What You Will Work On


Crisis24 seeks a Global Operations Coordinator to work in support of live operations, proactive threat monitoring, and emergency response tasks carried out within the UK Global Operations Centre in Bournemouth.


This includes the coordination and oversight of various global operations involving emergency safety support, evacuation, security and protection tasks in high-risk and challenging locations, the proactive threat monitoring of client personnel and assets globally, and the compilation of threat information and mitigation advice.

The position holder works a rotating 12-hour shift pattern to ensure 24/7/365 operations, including days, nights, and days off. You must be responsible, diligent, composed under pressure, and have demonstrated high quality written and verbal skills.

Who You Will Work With

The Global Operations Coordinators work closely with the Management team who will both provide support and instruction.


During complex tasks the Global Operations Coordinators work alongside Operations Managers to plan, run and deliver operational support to clients.


As part of a global team the role also regularly works closely with Crisis24 colleagues in various locations to help deliver services to clients both internal and external.

  • Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong team player with ability to carry additional responsibilities calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Broad geographical knowledge, with an active interest in current affairs.
  • Postgraduate degree in a related field is an advantage but not essential.
  • Additional language skills (verbal and written) an advantage.
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK.
