- Reviewing site installation reports and making comments in line with company recommendations.
- Recording of reports and responses on the CRM system.
- Communicating with customers to clarify details.
- Following a set process of work.
- Responding and reporting with set timeframes.
- Liaising with external parties.
- Attending weekly meetings with technical services team and provide feedback.
- Covering telephones when required.
- Previous experience with fire protection/façade installation industries would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a role assessing and reviewing documentation/reports.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Competent using Microsoft packages.
- Able to examine data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
