In collaboration with the Trusts Associate Director of Peoples Programmes our Occupational Health department is the epicentre of a staff charter to ensure the health and wellbeing of our team members.

This year saw the retirement of our Occupational Health Consultant - the department now looks to recruit a new Lead that can ensure the health and wellbeing of our people.


Supported by; OH Service Manager, Lead Nurse, three Occupational Physicians/Psychiatrist and forty plus departmental colleagues you will encourage, promote and deliver against the OH strategy, whilst ensuring physical and psychologically safe working environments for all.

Professionally you will work to implement strategic plans for a progressive and responsive service across the Trust. Our priority continues to be a focused, safe, efficient and effective service.
