Senior Relationship Manager; Social Housing Decarbonisation


Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 - depending on experience

Business need; two days a week in the Manchester office.

  • A nondepartmental public body, with the principle business of delivering the government's decarbonisation funds for social housing, is looking for a fantastic Relationship Manager to build and maintain an effective relationship with our new DeliveryPartner.
  • Have you previously onboarded an outsourced delivery partner for a professional service?
We have incredible opportunity to contribute your experience to the social housing decarbonisation project on behalf of the government; upgrading homes across the UK, keeping people warmer, combatting the energy crisis and tackling net-zero targets

  • Your 3 key objectives will be;_
  • To help the onboarding of our delivery partner, ensuring the proper processes and systems are in place to allow the delivery partner to get up and running as quickly as possible, whilst also setting up the relevant procedures that will enable informationto flow up and down the funding chain going forward.
  • To build a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship with the Delivery Partner to ensure you can provide the proper assurance and advice to make the fund schemes successful.
  • To help recruit and develop a highperforming team from scratch, working alongside other Senior members to ensure all the correct processes and systems are in place for the team to support the delivery partner.
  • We are looking to speak to people that have;_
  • Extensive experience working with an outsourced partner
  • Proven track record of leading, delivering and/or implementing projects across an organisation, including at a senior level where necessary, within a timescale
  • Excellent and visible team leadership skills, with experience building out systems and processes that set a team up to succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and external parties
  • Experience in building and sustaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
