Systems Engineers roles are available to work on requirements-led-design using agile methodology.
TASKS REQUIRED:
- Obtaining information from customers and internal documentation to produce an initial suite of requirements (requirements capture).
- MUST HAVE MBSE experience
- Entering and editing requirements in a database.
- Reviewing requirements with the customer and other stakeholders.
- Planning and managing initial and future tasks.
- Using mathematical software modelling.
- Defining and developing system architecture.
- Producing Test Plans to cover test criteria and allow certification.
- Writing Technical Reports.
- Estimating costs.
EXPERIENCE OF THE FOLLOWING ARE DESIRED:
- Systems engineering concepts, using the V-cycle model.
- Requirements and System Design covering:
- Working with the customer to capture requirements.
- Developing conceptual design from Baseline Documents and the customer requirements.
- Working with requirements in a database.
- Mathematical modelling assessing the 6degreesoffreedom (guidance systems).
- Systems Architecture tools such as IBM Rhapsody and Sparx.
- Test Plans covering Test and Acceptance Criteria, achieving Certification.
- Processing data from trials, and if necessary, other forms of evidence to prove the design and satisfy Test Plans.
- Producing and assessing Concept Definition early in the lifecycle by extrapolating information from Baseline Concept documentation.
- Producing and developing Technical Proposals.
- Estimating Costs.
