    • Prioritise and handle all work promptly and accurately.
    • Handle all queries in a professional manner and process effectively.
    • Produce accurate and professional documentation.
    • Process adjustments, re-marketing exercises, and renewal documentation.
    • Deal with client payments and participate in meetings as required.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • A minimum of 12 months' customer service experience.
    • A minimum of 12 months' administration experience.
    • Good technical insurance, negotiation, and broking skills.
    • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
    • GCSE A*-C including Maths and English.
