    This pivotal role involves overseeing connections between the company and investors, shareholders, and the financial community, reporting to the Group COO and CFO during the company's ongoing growth phase.

    They excel in AI-driven High-Performance Computing and Infrastructure as a Service, whilst also having an extensive track record in cryptocurrency mining, they are committed to furthering the green credentials within cloud data centre infrastructure space.

    The company has a significant presence in North America and Europe, extensive real work physical technology assets and a brand which is increasingly visible on the global stage.

    It involves shaping and constructing alongside an elite leadership team, creating a family of complimentary brands and capabilities that surpass international standards.

    The Head of Investor Relations (IR) holds a pivotal position in managing relationships between the company and its investors, shareholders, and the financial community.

    IR Strategy Development and Implementation: Creating and executing comprehensive investor relations plans aligned with strategic goals.
    # Ensuring consistent, accurate messaging about the company's performance and initiatives.

    Establishing an effective communication strategy for investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
    # Financial Reporting:
    Overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports for various investor engagements.

    Financial Acumen:

    Regulatory Knowledge:
    Familiarity with German regulations.

    Language:
    Proficiency in German preferred.
    10+ years' experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.
    ~ Prior experience managing relationships with investors and financial media.
    ~ Crypto experience and German language or markets considered beneficial.
    ~ Leadership experience and strategic planning in an IR capacity preferred.
