From £ 350 - £ 450p/d - inside IR35

Hybrid Multiple Locations

We are seeking a Service Partner for our government client.

The role location is hybrid, split between working on site 2 days a week and the remainder of the week working remotely.

Office locations include London, Milton Keynes or Glasgow, as preferred.

Clearance:
Security Check (SC)

This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile/Responsibilities:

Acting as a single point of contact, providing an escalation route for ITSM issues
Managing service expectations with customers and escalating to the Senior Service Partner when appropriate
Managing stakeholders, building effective relationships, including with third parties as appropriate, translating technical language or issues to nontechnical colleagues
Tracking operational needs, enduser satisfaction, productivity measurements, reviewing insights with appropriate stakeholders, identifying improvements and proposed solutions through to implementation, sharing wider themes and trends with the Senior ServicePartner
Identifying and highlighting incoming demand requirements to key stakeholders
Supporting and promoting governance between ITSM, wider IDD and other Directorates, including third party suppliers as appropriate
