A fantastic opportunity has recently opened for a Multi utilities Stores supervisor in the Rochdale area.

The main duties will be to source and order all multi utilities materials/ arrange deliveries and manage stock levels, of all gas/water/electrical goods/cable.

Working closely with the Construction Department to ensure all goods received are to the right specification and quality.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Source of all materials for utilities industry gas / water and electric
Receiving all deliveries and checking goods are received in sufficient quantities and to the correct specifications
Storing goods received appropriately and resolving discrepancies in the delivery of goods
Collating / Dispatching of goods from the stores to various sites, via support drivers
Keeping detailed records of goods ordered / received
Book in goods and materials in against Purchase Orders
Working with others to safely offload large items via telehandler and FLT
Ensuring stock is stored correctly
Ensure correct stock levels are upheld
Quarantine noncompliant items
Ensure all equipment and PPE complies to the relevant legislation and in stock
Ensure good housekeeping is kept of all store's areas
Report non conformities

Essential experience:
