    NQA UK Marketing Executive

    We have an exciting opportunity in our Commercial Team

    We are looking for a Marketing Executive to become an integral part of our global marketing team, driving core elements of the marketing plan and ensuring accurate promotion of the NQA brand.

    Role outline:

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Strategic Duties

  • Support with the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy for NQA UK in line with company objectives and overall Commercial Strategy.
  • Deliver the ongoing content and campaign plans to increase lead generation, revenue growth and sustainable business development.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Day-to-Day

  • Manage brand and corporate identity in all marketing activities.
  • Creation, organisation and publication of all marketing activities, including PR, promotions, copywriting, events, webinars, seminars and communication activities.
  • Liaise closely with the Commercial team to ensure regular review of content and accurate promotion of NQA services.
  • Create, implement and measure social media content across various platforms to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Maintain the marketing team's administrative systems on an on-going basis.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and communications.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the global website.
  • Deliver the digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online presence, simplifying the customer journey and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • ​Reporting

    The post-holder reports to the Commercial Director, and will work closely with the marketing team and the wider business.

    Location:

    Your role will be primarily based at the NQA Head Office in Dunstable covering development activities in the UK and Ireland.
