Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?We are looking for administrator to support our Clinical Education Team at the trust.


The Clinical Education team are looking for an experienced administrator to support our clinical teaching and education programmes, as well as administration of student placements.

You will be based at Colchester Hospital (with some remote working) but there may be an occasional requirement to work across the trust when required.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised individual with high level Word, Excel skills and experience.


You will need to demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines, be flexible and able to work with multiple workstreams.


  • To support the Professional Practice team in the organisation and monitoring of preregistration placements
  • To support the Professional Practice Team with developmental learning improvements across the organisation
  • To support the Professional Practice Team coordinate and monitor Professional education with HEIS and within the organisation
  • To support the daytoday management and ongoing development and maintenance of financial monitoring through the administration of an accurate data base.
  • To support Professional Practice team with the recruitment process
  • To support Professional Practice team with delivery and administration of education programmes,
  • To prepare and update documentation for courses in a timely manner including course booking, forms, and registers.
  • To Support student induction process
  • To Ensure attendance of education provision is accurately captured in line with reporting requirements
  • As required organise meetings, prepare agendas, book rooms, attend meetings, take notes, and follow up progress on action points on own initiative to ensure deadlines are met.
