The Role:


As the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be joining a firm that are recognised nationally for their work in disputes and insolvency.

Within this position, you will be expected to manage your own caseload and can expect to get exposure to a range of matters, such as:

  • Director disputes / Disqualification
  • Breach of contract
  • Insolvency
  • Shareholders' rights
  • And more

About You:


To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience of working within Commercial Litigation and have managed a varied caseload within this discipline.

The role is likely suited to individuals with 5+ years PQE but the firm are open to hear from Commercial Litigators of all levels
