    The Head of EMEA and APAC Sales for the Cash Business will be responsible for the Sales strategy for the Firm's cash clients and prospects across the UK, EU, Middle East, and APAC.

    This individual will be a critical member of the Cash Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for defining and driving key distribution initiatives for our cash clients in each region in order to meet AUM and revenue targets allocated to these geographies.


    Responsibilities will include developing relationships with key clients, the investment organization, internal and external business partners, and the broader Client Coverage Group (CCG) business.

    The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of cash clients' investment objectives and needs against the backdrop of a changing rate environment and the current regulatory challenges facing the MMF industry.

    The successful individual will address these challenges by helping to define and lead innovative solutions and strategies for European and APAC liquidity investors and guiding the team to differentiate SSGA from the competitor solutions.

    The candidate should also have a very strong background in the European and Asian institutional cash markets with existing client relationships and a proven track record of leadership, driving innovative business strategy and execution.

    The ability to train, lead, and motivate a team of sales professionals is critical to the success of this role.

    Lead and manage a cross-regional sales team to market and grow SSGA's global institutional cash management products and solutions across all client types
    Define and execute the distribution strategy for the EMEA and APAC Cash Businesses (including proposing ideas for new products and registrations and working with internal partners to drive these through)
    Champion a consistent adoption of Salesforce as a key tool for measuring the success of our distribution effort and refine the Cash scorecards
    Define and drive our marketing strategy to grow brand presence in the various regions
    Ensure that the EMEA and APAC Sales teams operates in compliance with internal and external regulations
    Actively balance budget and sales targets to improve allocation of time and resources
    Deliver sales presentations, as well as conduct meetings with treasury, finance, or investment staff, alongside the sales team
    Minimum of 10 years direct cash product sales and/or management experience with an asset manager, broker/dealer, or bank.

    Significant experience selling money market funds, custom cash separate accounts, and other short-term fixed-income investments in the EU and/or Asian market is strongly preferred.

    Detailed understanding of cash management investing, industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and corporate finance, as well as short-term fixed income and cash/money markets are prerequisites
    Outstanding sales presentation skills
    Frequent client travel required
    Completion or progress towards CFA and/or MBA is a plus
