We are seeking a Junior Area Manager to oversee multiple quick-service restaurants and a branded restaurant in a single-site operation, easily accessible from Colchester and Ipswich.

As the Junior Area Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the operations of several quick-service restaurants, developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an exceptional leader with a strategic mindset, proficient in planning, recruitment, training, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Our client expects candidates to have a proven track record in successful quick-service restaurants or the branded restaurant industry.

To facilitate a smooth relocation, if necessary, accommodation will be provided for a six-month period.

It is realistic to expect a bonus of at least 25% of your basic salary for surpassing bottom-line targets and achieving personal KPIs.
