The Role
A position has become available for a capable and skilled Night Driver Trainer at Food Republic.

They will work closely with the Transport and Warehouse Managers to ensure the full training of new drivers, and the improvement of performance for existing drivers.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing training and reporting procedures to continually better the Transport department. They will also be responsible for covering the duties of the Transport Supervisor and Delivery Drivers where required.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Delivery Driver include:

Minimum 2 years experience as a delivery driver (preferably within the food industry)
Minimum 1 year experience training team members
A good understanding of London streets and the surrounding areas
A full UK driver's license (clean license preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
A polite and friendly manner with those you interact with
Detail oriented with good organisational skills
A flexible attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure
A team player

Salary:
£30,000.00 to start

Performance Bonus:
£3,000+ per year
