Hybrid - L&D Trainer - Government

The Opportunity
In today's ever-changing world, the skills and capabilities required to deliver excellent public services are constantly evolving.

Our clients Government and Infrastructure team is growing and in response to their client needs they are looking for experienced Freelance Associate Trainers who are passionate about making a difference to people's working lives and creating a better working world, to join their delivery faculty.

As an Associate Trainer you will be critical to the successful delivery of a wide variety of training programs and ensuring participants meet their learning objectives.

You will represent our clients brand, playing a key role in supporting and equipping Civil Servants and wider public sector employees to deliver excellent public services.


Skills required:


  • A strong background in L&D/human resources, with extensive experience of working with groups of people in a learning environment
  • Excellent communication skills, quickly able to establish rapport and personal credibility with participants and clients
  • Experience of delivering predesigned materials
  • Proven ability and passion for delivering high quality training in both face to face and virtual environments

To qualify for the role, you must:

  • Be a UK resident, and entitled to work in the UK without any additional approvals
  • Be set up as a Limited Company in the UK, or open to working on a PAYE/Umbrella basis
  • Have the ability to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)

Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£550.00-£650.00 per day
