    Job Title: Technical Sales and Project Engineer - HVAC

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales and Project Engineer to join our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) company. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, providing technical support, and managing projects from conception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and project management skills to deliver innovative HVAC solutions to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
    • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on our HVAC products and services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Manage HVAC projects from initial concept through design, implementation, and commissioning.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
    • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks to ensure project compliance and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, sales team members, and internal stakeholders.
    • Assist with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to HVAC technology and applications.
    • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and specifications based on client requirements and project specifications.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized HVAC solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience in technical sales, project engineering, or a similar role in the HVAC industry.
    • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
    Additional Requirements:

    * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
