HRprofessional to join their established
HRfunction as
HRManager.
You will support on areas such as staff development, strategy and training, developing and putting in place systems for staff recruitment, management, training and performance management.
You will be responsible for:
Advise management on staff and job matters. Collate information and prepare grant forms. Develop
HRplans that are aligned with the organisation's strategic plan. Design policies and standards for staff issues.
Design a skills development plan and training needs analysis for the company every year for all employees and is updated daily when required.
Keep staff records up to date along withHRpersonnel systems. Manage the reception team ensuring high levels of customer service at all times. Manage complete Interview process and arrange onboarding/offboarding. Prepare notices of vacancies within established periods. Responsible for all IPS standards. Training coordination for all employees. To participate and support all company initiatives with compliance of procedures and requirements. Write and update job descriptions. About You Minimum 3-5 years generalist experience at a similar level. Experience working within a fast-moving and busy office environment. Experience in reviewing staff development needs and co-ordinating training requirements. Microsoft literate.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be a team player and have the ability to work under pressure.
