    Job Title: PCN Telecoms Site Engineer

    Location: UK wide - on site telecoms rigging

    We are seeking a 2 man team of highly skilled PCN Telecoms Site Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCN infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' telecommunications networks. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Install, commission, and integrate PCN infrastructure components, including antennas, radios, base stations, and associated equipment.
    2. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, testing, and software upgrades, to ensure optimal performance and reliability of PCN systems.
    3. Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, network engineers, and field technicians, to coordinate site activities and meet project deadlines.
    5. Document all installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities accurately and thoroughly, including site reports, test results, and configuration changes.
    6. Adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCN infrastructure, with a strong understanding of wireless communication principles and protocols.
    • Proficiency with industry-standard tools and equipment used in PCN deployments, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and RF test equipment.
    • Familiarity with relevant software applications and platforms, including network management systems (NMS), radio planning tools, and configuration management tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
