Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes and proposals
• Create detailed takeoffs and quantity surveys
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field ()
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools
