    About the role:

    We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PFI Hard FM Operations Manager to lead one of our contracts in Isleworth.

    The role is open to candidates who have a hard FM background, but we keen to speak to people that either have a background managing PFI or Critical Environments.


    Responsibilities:
    Reporting to the Contract Manager
    Responsible for the effective management of all directly employed staff (M&E and Fabric)
    To manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance
    To manage budgets to maintain agreed expenditure levels and report on any discrepancies.
    Use of and administration of Estates IT Systems i.e., Labour Management Systems, Building Management Systems, Planned

    Preventative Management Systems and Stock Control Systems and other databases to ensure the efficient utilisation of staff and resources.

    To review stores stock levels to ensure sufficient materials, replacement parts and consumables are available to maintain operational site plant and equipment.

    To undertake training for Authorised and Responsible Persons roles for specialist service delivery streams
    Provide labour management, reactive and planned maintenance reports and identify where resources need to be adjusted to meet operational needs


    Candidate requirements:
    A sound understanding of hard services delivery in a PFI environment and commercially aware.
    Experience of operating a PFI contract and experience in the application and reporting of strict performance measures (within a healthcare environment is desirable)
    Significant experience in managing FM contracts at senior level.
    Will have experience of managing multi-functional teams including strong communication, interpersonal and man management skills.
    Must have strong client management skills, including managing expectations. Contact us to apply.
