    Join this amazing independent mobile gaming company in their small yet agile Analytics & Data Science team.

    You will report directly into the Head of Data Science, working on a wide variety of projects across player (customer) insights, game performance and wider business commercial performance.

    This is the chance to be seen and heard, within a flat structure, and to genuinely deliver impact through analysis and data science projects, bringing your insights to life through

    Intellectual curiosity is key, with the ability to constantly identify new opportunities for improvement and ideate around how to use data for good.

    The work is blended and includes being able to build insightful dashboards for regular game performance monitoring as well design beautiful, engaging data visualisations.

    In addition, you have the freedom to apply advanced analytics and modelling techniques in order to predict player behaviours and really get under the skin of customers.

    Skills & experience required:

    • Educated to degree level in a numerate subject; Machine Learning, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics etc.
    • Statistical background employing a wide variety of analytical techniques to solve problems and answer questions around the player and in turn titles, as well as overall business performance
    • Python or R programmer, with strong skills in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and modelling in extracting insights and landing them with the business to drive improvements and optimise game performance and player experience and engagement to lead, own and drive projects, as well as work collaboratively with colleagues
    • Strong communication skills, ability to translate and bring to life complex technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders
    • Interest in sport, ideally football is important
