Description

The Assistant Accountant role is initially a temporary role which could be extended. The role will by Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the Macclesfield office. You will have the opportunity to be mentored and trained by one of the Finance Managers with opportunities for career progression as a result. The role will be office based in Macclesfield.

The role is varied and challenging with key duties including:Assisting with preparation of Monthly Management AccountsBalance sheet reconciliationVariance analysisPosting journalsAccruals/PrepaymentsVat returnsFixed assetsBank reconciliation

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Be an Accountancy & Finance Graduate/ AAT Level 3/4 studier or be Qualified by experience

Understand Balance sheet reconciliationBe available to consider a temporary contract initiallyBe able to commute to Macclesfield office
