Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively recommends change to improve WRBU's data assets, governance and capabilities;
  • Uses tools such as DQPro to report exceptions and improve data quality;
  • Take ownership of the business data dictionary;
  • Setting data and master data standards ensuring key changes to data standards are understood;
  • Evaluates WRBU against relevant internal and external governance policies, identifies gaps and recommends changes;
  • Takes ownership for Solvency II and Internal model data flow diagrams with BA support where required;
  • Recommends enhancements to WRBU standards as appropriate;
  • Handles change requests driven by other projects/initiatives, researching and processing changes and following up with stakeholders;
  • Serve as escalation point to resolve datarelated issues and supports ad hoc requests as required;
  • Build strong productive relationships with the Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Risk Management, Compliance, HR and IT teams as well as external third parties in order to deliver effective solutions.

Experience Required

  • Lloyds Market Insurance experience;
  • Understanding of the global and local regulatory requirements;
  • Solvency II data governance and data flows experience;
  • Experience working in an operating control environment.
