- Electrical and/or mechanical planned and preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on all plant systems and services
- Supervising external service providers and contractors
- Liaise with end users to plan in maintenance works or project works
- Monitor and identify fault diagnostics, taking appropriate action to resolve these
- Oversee the operation of steam boilers and systemsRequirements:
- A recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of working in a complex building with responsibility for electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Good working knowledge of engineering services a good understanding of all aspects of building maintenance
- An understanding of work-related HandS risks, and how to mitigate against these
- Experienced in BMS systems
- An understanding of HVAC systems
- Competent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
