from £27,221
depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Monitoring of Server processes and services
Configuring critical Business Apps
Deploying upgrades to critical Business Apps
User Account Management
Incident and Problem Management
Assisting with Software Testing
Liaison with key Project and Business stake holders

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

Excellent IT skills
Excellent communications skills
Professional behaviours
An understanding of quality Service Delivery or ITIL
Excellent attitude to learning

Desirable:

Some Windows Server experience
Some SQL experience
Incident Management or IT service delivery experience
Experience of working with ServiceNow
