CRM & Marketing Manager

Here at Nouvo Recruitment we are excited to be working with a fantastic new client based in Croxley Green, Watford. They are looking for a creative, dynamic, quick thinking and enthusiastic individual to join their Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Working with agencies and your own initiative to generate marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand identity & messaging across all company assets, internally and externally.
• Visit and hold regular face to face meetings the marketing agency, and with key dealers across the UK to help drive their marketing plans.
• Identify PR and social media opportunities and visit customer locations for written and video content creation with agency.
• Identify and nurture partnership and sponsorship opportunities to further promote the brand.
• Evaluate market intelligence and conduct customer research. Monitor market conditions, and competitor data to help inform future marketing campaigns.
• Review website metrics with agency for optimisation ideas, monitor website traffic & quality to ensure optimum web performance.
• Support copywriting for marketing assets.
• Create end of campaign reports that are informative and insightful, making recommendations for how results can be improved.
• Optimise customer journey to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
