As a Lead Officer at ISS UK, you hold the key to ensuring that our security teams and supply partners deliver top-notch safety, efficiency, compliance, and competence. Attention to detail is crucial, as you maintain strong working relationships with ISS building users, customers, and the supportive ISS Operations Performance and support teams. This role places great importance on taking ownership of your team's performance and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders visiting these locations.

The Role

Lead, motivate and provide direction to your team of Security Officers:

  • Ensure the performance of teams and individuals is always up to a high standard:

Assist in monthly building checks and compliance audits:

-
Promote and ensure Health & Safety practices are known and followed:

-
Carry out regular spot checks to ensure all site duties and patrols being completed as required:

-
Monitor the site and CCTV, reporting all incidents and unusual events to the Security Manager for escalation:

Efficiently respond to alarms as instructed by the site process and procedures

About You

SIA Accreditation required:

  • Must hold a valid CCTV and DS SIA Security Licence:

Must be First aid trained:

Banksman training is required to support the Security Operation onsite
:

Experience in both Managing and Security operations:

Working in Public Sector or commercial environments is preferable:

An excellent team player and communicator
