Pivot Search is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Director for a growing and dynamic corporate finance firm.

This opportunity will be working on M&A deals across all sectors and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. You will be working on mid-market deals and will be involved with the supervision of junior members of the team. The main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with M&A experience, who is seeking an opportunity to further progress their career. You will be a team player who has a ideally gained their ACA qualification and is seeking to further progress their career in this area.
