- Daily chasing of aged debt
- Review new and existing customer credit limits.
- Liaising with other departments regarding the dispatch of held orders and proforma accounts
- Facilitating the effective resolution of invoice related queries.
- Processing and allocating card payments
- Checking and posting of receipts to SAP
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts
- Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
- Ability to Communicate with customers and colleagues clearly and effectively (by phone and by email) to negotiate account solutions
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Professional, confident with decision making and diplomatic when liaising with others
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Enjoys problem solving
- Experience with SAP preferred
