We are looking for an IT Customer Support Officer to join our IT Department.


What you will be doing:


In this role, you will provide first line support to our users for software, hardware, faults, moves, additions, changes, and deletions to our IT services.

You will be expected to provide efficient and effective IT support whilst adhering to our IT policies and procedures.


What we are looking for:

To join our multi skilled IT department, we're looking for someone with:

  • qualification at Level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework;
- good time management and organisational skills;
- experience in working with a wide range of people and groups;
- knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies (Office365, Intune, SccM etc.); and
- the ability to work outside normal office hours (the role can be between 7.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Wednesday).
- embrace new technology and be forward thinking.
- work as a first and second line engineer, visiting site as required.


The position requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis in order to travel throughout the Wakefield District as required by the business.
