    JOB TITLE: Finance Business Partner – TFL

    LOCATIONS: 14 Pier Walk, Greenwich (2 days) / WBC 3, Heathrow (1 day)

    REPORTING TO: Commercial Finance Director

    SALARY: Competitive


    ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE


    • Implement ABM Finance Processes and support Contract Support / Operations


    • To ensure completeness of information for billing and raise customer invoices


    • Preparation of Revenue / Cost Accruals


    • Monthly Contract Margin analysis, by Site and by total contract. Understanding the margin on PPM / Quoted works / Projects


    • Stock Control / Reconciliation


    • Adhoc analysis


    • Analysis of Fleet costs


    • Balance amortisation

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Contract analysis (Labour, sub-contractor spend etc)


    • Prepare Budget


    • Preparation of monthly application


    • Overtime preparation and submission


    • Engineer utilisation analysis

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


    • Analytical mindset


    • Solid Excel skills


    • Ability to work with multiple and ambiguous sources of data.


    • Professional manner and excellent communicator


    • Eye for detail.


    • Ability and willingness to get involved, and a can-do attitude.


    • Dedicated and hard-working.


    • Accounting qualification with the motivation to complete
