Hours: 37 per week (Mon - Friday and including on call)

Salary:

£41,500 to £48,500 (Please note the salaries quoted in this advertisement are effective from April 2023)

The Leader Group are currently looking for a passionate and driven Registered Manager who can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a 3 bed Children's home in Southport which is easily accessible from surrounding parts of Merseysideand Lancashire.

The home cares for children aged currently all male) This is a growing organisation with plans for further homes and expansion. The staff within the home are experienced and qualified so this would be an amazing opportunity for an existingmanager of a children's home or a highly experienced deputy manager to join

Your responsibilities will range from assisting with family visits, up keeping and maintaining the home, dealing with safeguarding and arranging shifts.

Whilst the children are in education this will give you the perfect opportunity to do any paper workrequired.

Minimum of 2 years experience
MUST be a driver
QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People's Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services in the children and young people's residential management pathway (either obtained or willing to work towards)
Experience at Manager/Deputy level specifically within a residential home for children (specifically a minimum of 2 years within the last 5 years in a role relevant to the residential care of children)?
