We are searching for a new Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join us.

You will be advising and working closely with the Care Team to deliver the highest standards of individual care to our residents, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and that their individual care plans are met.

Ensuring that the appropriate documentation reflects the care given and clinical intervention
Leaving clear, concise and personalised instructions for ongoing care delivery
Monitoring and controlling residents' nutritional and dietary requirements
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
Are currently registered with NMC for appropriate client group (valid PIN number)
Have relevant care home experience
Have experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control and pressure area care
