- Apply functionalOracle Cloud knowledge to the design and configuration of OracleCloud and related applications to meet the organization'srequirements. Understands the content, processes and proceduresassociated with implementing and maintaining OracleCloud.
- Participate in finance projects andsystem implementation, including but not limitedto:
- Develop strategies, plans and executefinance projects
- Discover and analyze businessprocesses and perform gap analysis, producing detailed As Isprocess flows
- Identify solution on gaps,prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD) and review FunctionalDesign Document (FDD)
- Prepare detailed solutiondesign documentation
- Coordinate User AcceptanceTesting (UAT)
- Manage and execute data cleansingactivities, working closely with Data MigrationTeam
- Data mappingexercise
- Manage and execute system cut-overplan
- Produce project status reports,identifying issues andrisks
- Facilitate sessions to help financeteams plan andorganize ongoing cross-functional communication,accountability and status reviews throughout the finance projectsand system implementation:
- Organize weekly trackmeeting with the functional teams
- Delivertraining and knowledge transfer sessions to the functionalteams
- Provide changemanagement
- Provide post go-live supports andmaintenance:
- Manage support requests to ensuretimely and thorough resolution of issues and identify improvementsto address repeat issues
- Monitor implementedsystems and processes to ensure highperformance
- Create and update projectdocumentation (e.g. Playbook, Toolkits,Templates)
- Champion sustainable andforward-looking configurations by recognizing future needs alignedwith the business roadmap.
- Configureapplications in line with business goals and develop configurationstandards.
- Keeps up to date with industrytrends and vendor capabilities to produce robust functionaldesigns. Research best practice and assess the latestinnovations.
- 5+years' experience in Oracle Cloud, focus in GL, Accounting Hub,Global Intercompany and Fixed Assets
- QualifiedAccountant with +8 years relevant workexperience
- Must be able to "engineer" solutionsbased on the facts and circumstances on theground
- Must be "hands on" but also able tosummarise complex issues and communicate tomanagement
- Must be flexible and react to whatwill be a constantly changing environment
- Theability to engage and communicate effectively with multiplestakeholders across a number of financial and non-financialdisciplines and various levels
- Flexible totravel globally
- Ableto produce high quality Visio process flows and PowerPointpresentations. Proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplications.
- Experience with Oracle EPMproducts like EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, PBCS is aplus
- Experience with SOX controls, complianceand change management for business systems
- PMP/ Prince2 qualified (or equivalent)
- Experienceof working on an Integration or similarproject
- Good Project Management, Presentation(material & delivery) and organizationalskills
- Awareness of relevant USGAAPrequirements
