    Plant Clerk (Factory Administrator)

    Monday - Sunday, 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00Breaks: 30 Minutes Paid, 30 Minutes UnpaidSalary: £25,800Embark on an exciting journey in operations, where each day is a thrilling adventure As the Plant Clerk, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Shift Manager by gathering crucial data and maintaining meticulous spreadsheets.

    But that's just the start You'll also ignite productivity by updating production documents and ensuring seamless information flow for various registers.

    Dive into administrative excellence as you tackle tasks across all production departments, ensuring smooth operations and peak performance.


    Responsibilities:
    To produce batch sheets and product labels for production lines.
    Accurate recording of systems database.
    Accurate labour reporting. - Staffing numbers, signing agency, keeping plans up to date and keeping (Tensor) holidays and absences up to date.
    Prepare and issue work specification books for oncoming shift with up-to-date version number.
    Enter shift data onto manual Standard Labour Reporting (SLR) and DWOR system/Qlik. View ensuring alignment with Short Interval Control Board.
    Answering office phone as required.
    Assist the manager with data queries.
    Other admin tasks as requested by department managers.
    Raising works orders for departments such as Engineering.
    Health & Safety - Reporting Health and Safety breaches.

    Ensure the smooth running of the department by facilitating the smooth flow of information both in and out of the unit.


    Qualifications:
