- Process all CM, CM US and TAE online orders
- Quality Checking all orders before sending them out
- Picking, Packing and Posting all orders
- Manage Royal Mail Click and Drop and other Postage Brokers/ Companies
- Ensure you're choosing the most competitive shipping rates for all International Orders
- Flag any unusually high postage prices/ fluctuations with Managing Director
- Unpack and Q/C all customer returns
- Manage stock levels, when updating the website
- Liaise with Customer Service Team Member regarding any quality or product issues
- Update and Manage Returns portal, processing refunds, exchanges and credit notes
- Manage all Packaging stock levels
- Reorder outer cartons when needed
- Flag any low stock levels of supplies that need to come from the Factories
- Manage all overflow stock, ensuring cartons are clearly labeled and updated.
- Stocktakes
- Coordinate new deliveries with Managing Director to effectively arrange additional staff
- Receive all incoming post for Charlotte Mills & The Aisle Edit

Charlotte Mills is a fast growing independent bridal brand, specialising in bridal footwear, hen party dresses and accessories. Located in our Head Office, a beautiful converted Church in Scouthead, Saddleworth. We're looking for an organised individual to join our warehouse team. Mainly managing our customer returns.
This role is available for between 30-40 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
FULFILLMENT OF ALL ONLINE ORDERS:
Fulfill the logistics of receiving, processing and storing all Charlotte Mills inventory

Qualifications
GSCE or Equivalent English, Maths and Science grade C or above.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident using Excel
