Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
- Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join metal pieces together
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:
- Proficient in welding techniques, including stick welding
- Experience working with sheet metal and fabricating metal components
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in metal fabrication
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Pay:
£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week

Experience:
- MIG welding: 5 years (preferred)
