We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Lead to join Team Snapchat. The Sales Operations Strategy group's mission is to boost ad business growth and performance through strategic planning, collaboration, and operational excellence. This role involves partnering with Sales and various teams like Product Marketing and Finance to set strategies, offer insights, and manage commercial initiatives effectively.

Based in our London office, you will directly support the EMEA Large Client Solutions (LCS) team to enhance revenue, sales productivity, business operations, and shape the Snapchat experience for advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement key metrics to guide sales team behavior.
  • Systematize sales process best practices.
  • Optimize business performance regularly and set sales goals.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to drive initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities, resolve revenue blockers, and uncover upsell chances.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders and facilitate a unified go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in analytical rigor and program management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, ML forecasting models, and GCP tools.
  • Excellent Excel skills for building models and solving business problems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive projects independently.
  • Structured and analytical mindset with sound business judgment.
  • Proven partnership skills and ability to provide compelling recommendations.
