We are looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to help develop the operational sides of our sister Hospitality Companies. To work within the People's department to improve processes and policies.

This role requires a strong background in hospitality, understanding the nature of the business and what is needed to drive a successful hospitality site.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Take a proactive role in managing & collecting outstanding the nature of the business and the people
  • Complete special projects by clarifying project objectives;
  • Developing and organising information
  • Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems;
  • Evaluating potential solutions; conducting research
  • Implementing selected solution;
  • Implementing Rota Management
  • System training
  • Reporting into the Head of People
