Description
We are seeking to recruit a Building Surveyor on behalf of our client's the NI Housing Executive. This is a full time post and we are hoping to recruit for this as soon as possible.

Working hours

  • Monday
  • Friday,
Hourly Rate
- £11.39

Weekly Pay

Temporary post covering maternity leave


Main Duties:


In technical, advisory, control and regulatory areas, this grade will decide for example if the work quality, material set care acceptable and to specification.

The post will give explanations of policy, procedures and regulations or resolve issues where doubt exists.


Additional Requirements:
Role requires access/egress from loft & roof spaces. Good mobility required. IT literate beneficial, full training provided.

Year's Experience - 5 years

IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate

Any otherQualifications/Experience - Must have vehicle and business use insurance. Vacancy is for NorthAntrim.


Salary:
Up to £11.39 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday
to Friday

  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ballymena: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
