    12 month initial contract

    £900-£1,100pd

    Company Overview: Join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization that has recently received significant funding to fuel its expansion through an M&A strategy. We are seeking an Interim Transformation Director to work closely with the C-suite to drive impactful change and shape the future of the business.

    Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Interim Transformation Director who will play a pivotal role in leading our technology transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of key projects including the development of greenfield CRM, HR systems, Finance Systems, ERP, and service management solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the C-suite to define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Lead the design and implementation of greenfield CRM, HR systems, Finance Systems, ERP, and service management solutions.
    • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
    • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Establish and maintain robust governance processes to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving efficiencies and maximizing value from technology investments.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in leading technology transformation initiatives, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Extensive experience in delivering CRM, HR systems, Finance Systems, ERP, and service management projects from concept to implementation. Vendor management & knowledge of key providers across the aforementioned systems is essential
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business outcomes and delivering tangible results.
    • Experience in M&A integration and change management is highly desirable.
