Field Service Engineer
Installations, repairs and maintenance of Biological Safety Cabinets, LEV testing, Fume Hoods, Laminar Flows
Become the technical expert on all Company products, including Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar flow units, Fume hoods.

Assisting customers and field personnel with technical questions and arrange for necessary repairs or training on all Company products with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.

Train field resources on technical aspects of the product and help troubleshoot field issues.
Identify and maintain inventory of necessary service parts.
As necessary, repair or install Company's products in the field.
Maintain a complete and detailed service log and report re-occurring issues to the factory.
