Description

We are looking for an EA to join one of the UK's top governmental organisations.

This will be a temporary role for 3 months with a possible extension.

The role will support a Finance Executive, 1:1 in all elements of day-to-day administration.

Duties will include:

Diary management
Travel
Expenses
Financial administration
Confidential correspondence

Who you are

A competent and techsavvy EA with prior experience
Working within the public sector is advantageous
Prior experience supporting on a senior level is mandatory
Someone who is able to hit the ground running
Someone who can practice discretion at all times
