We are delighted to be in a
position to offer a Band 7
Practice Education Facilitator for our Haematology day unit and Anticoagulation services.


We are looking for a Nurse with experience of working in a Haematology Services to contribute to providing the best care for our patients through supporting the nursing and allied health professionals in the delivery of high standards of patient focused, evidenced-based care:Applicants need to be strong communicators and demonstrate an ability to train, assess, educate and develop others, work well autonomously and within a creative team.

You will work with the Haematology Services, Matrons, Senior Nurses and Nurse's in Charge to develop best practice and nursing skills.

You will have the opportunity to work with all nursing and AHPs to support with their education and development.


The Haematology Practice Education Facilitator (PEF) will take the lead for facilitating and developing learning for all grades of staff within the directorate, promoting evidence-based practice to meet the needs of patients.
