Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon (3+ years qualified)
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon (or two) to replace one who is retiring.
Ideally, the successful applicant(s) will have approximately 5 years post graduate experience but we could consider someone with a little less.
We are looking to recruit to full time positions but would be open to considering someone interested in a part time position.

Well-equipped lab, ultrasound, and X-ray facilities.
Large consult rooms for thorough patient assessments.
RCVS and VDS funded.
Four-day work week, offering a healthy work-life balance.
Rotational Saturday mornings (1 in 3) with half day off in lieu.

No OOH work.
Competitive salary ranging from £48,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills, with a passion for providing compassionate care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing caseloads and schedules.
Commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical principles in veterinary practice.

Work Environment:
Our practice boasts a collaborative and supportive team environment, comprising three Veterinary Surgeons, nursing staff, receptionists, and management personnel.
Our surgery operates Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm, with a short clinic each Saturday from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, shared on a 1:3 basis among the vets.
Rosters for the Veterinary Surgeons are flexible, allowing for adjustments to individual requirements. Additionally, we have a locum Veterinary Surgeon who comes in one day per week to support the team.We have a growing and varied case load so there will be plenty of interesting challenges for the successful candidate.
