RequirementsAre you a skilled Network Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology? Civica is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team.

As a Network Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in implementing and supporting customer solutions within our datacentre infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support customer solutions using VMware NSX technologies, followed by Cisco ACI, Firepower, and other related technologiesDeploy and manage Cisco network hardware including routers, firewalls, and switchesImplement and support customer WAN solutions leveraging MPLS technologyAttend meetings to present and review solutions, both onsite and at Civica officesCollaborate with Senior Engineers to present concepts and ideasTroubleshoot and problem solve project support issuesWrite documentation and facilitate continuous improvement

Essential Competencies:
Advanced technical knowledge of VMware NSX-T, followed by Cisco ACI, ASA/Firepower, ISP, and MPLS networksStrong communication skills, both written and verbalCommitment to maintaining skills and certificationsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to provide remote or onsite service during core and non-core hoursAbility to obtain Security Clearance (SC or above)

Preferred Skills:
CCNP or higher certificationExperience with network automation (Python, Ansible)

Familiarity with load-balancer products such as F5, Netscaler, and NSXKnowledge of Cisco Meraki and high-security, high-availability solutionsExperience with networking in VMWare, Microsoft, and Linux platformsDesign skills for delivering Internet provisioned applications securelyExposure to Public Cloud networking, particularly AzureBenefitsLife at Civica:
